Marcoll Properties is a housing development company that has dedicated themselves to the social enterprise of sober living and housing for justice-impacted people. We help provide safe, sober living apartments for individuals returning from prison and seeking a fresh start. We partner with nonprofit to develop communities that are designed to help residents rebuild their lives with structure, stability, and support. Through reliable housing, positive peer connections, and guidance from our property management team, residents can rebuild rental history, strengthen credit, reconnect with family, secure better employment, and move toward long-term independence.
